The Moneydirect system, a leading provider of online payment systems for
the Travel industry sector. Moneydirect facilitates both EFT and
real-time credit card transactions and provides a range of reporting,
security and technical features for the Australian and New Zealand

4000 customers within the region.

Atlas Tour Management System
The Atlas Tour management system has evolved from the early 1980’s
providing both Retail and Wholesale Tour distribution capability.
The product depth is extensive due to the large customer base and
length of time within the market.
Synyati personnel have a long association with the Atlas system,
providing enhancements and supporting a number of the sub-systems
from 1991 to December 2004.

Amadeus Symphony
A PC based application to provide a document production platform for the
Amadeus Travel Agency community. This system combines the Amadeus reservation
data with Agency static and custom input to generate documentation with rich
media content.
Formatted output options include PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and
Internet Explorer.
The system is Unicode compliant, catering for Japanese and Chinese.
Symphony is currently deployed in an number of the Amadeus markets, Australia,
New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and South Africa.
Intranet
Web based Intranet, providing the capability for content management and
integrated with organisation workflows and approval processes e.g. expense
claims, leave applications, online purchasing and order and approval process.
Messaging System
Central message transmission service that formats and transmits messages via
Internet mime encoded HTML e-mail or facsimile for any number of host systems.
Host data streams are integrated with customer specific templates prior to
delivery to the message recipient. E-mail templates can contain rich media
content as available to web sites for inclusion within messages. providing a
versatile presentation platform for the customer base.
This service includes a customer configuration and billing system which is
managed through a web administration interface.
